QUESTION: How can I check up on a contractors license to make sure they are legitimate?

ANSWER:  The easiest way is to go to the Contractors State License Board online. (WWW.CSLB.CA.GOV/) click the consumers tab, then look for the check license tab.  They can also be reached by phone at 800-321-CSLB.  This is a very important step in choosing a contractor and is highly recommended.

QUESTION:  How long will it take to get my product.

ANSWER:  Everything starts with a no obligation free estimate and then If you decide to have the work done there is a simple contract to engage in and at that point you will be quoted an accurate time line for your installation based on how many projects we must complete in front of yours.  The usual time-frame is roughly between 4 to 6 weeks.  If you have a special schedule you are working with we are always willing to try to accommodate your needs.

QUESTION:  Why are your prices lower than much of your competition, including the big home improvement centers?

ANSWER:  One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that the larger home improvement centers are the easier, more economical solution for their remodeling projects.  The reason this is not the case is due to the fact that home improvement centers don't make custom cabinets.  They usually buy them from an outside source adding their mark up to the price.  Next they find a local installer to install the cabinets because they don't install cabinets either.  This installer's price will also be marked up.  Ultimately when you go this route you end up paying more for your remodel as well as potentially having trouble with customer service.  The home centers ability to provide you with any level of quality service at this point is out of their reach now with so many people involved.  We won't even mention the headache that you may acquire when trying to get the teenage staff to help you when you notice that something isn't going right with your project.
